The Best of the Salt Cured barrel is only reserved for 105 Simonton name after our address and the former owner of the building and resident ghost Jack Williams.
Jack would serve his patrons in 1899 watered down Rum and then at end of the day say the high proof for other bartenders and himself in the back room.
In his honour we select only the best of our single barrel rums and leave it at 105 proof.
