Seiridh is pronounced “sheh-ree” and is Gaelic meaning sherry.
A perfectly balanced single malt which has been matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected oloroso sherry butts from Jeres in Alcudia, Spain.
A beautifully rich, complex and full flavoured single malt.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans.
Palate: Sweet and luscious with layers of dried figs and Christmas cake highlighted with touches of cedar spice.
Finish: Warm, nutty and long with notes of chocolate covered raisins, dried fruits and hints of liquorice that fade into a woody linger.
