Vinification and ageing
Réserve Brut is produced using the traditional Champagne winemaking process.
The 2017 vintage was vinified with reserve wines, including the 2014 and 2015 vintages.
Bottling took place in 2018 and the champagne was aged for 3 years. Malolactic fermentation was carried out.

Tasting Notes
Nose: The aromatic bouquet reveals notes of honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla.
