A recent collaboration between Teeling and Dot Brewery, known for their previous partnerships with Amber Ale and Dark Porter casks, has yielded yet another innovative whiskey aged in zesty Indian Pale Ale casks.
This Small Batch is given further maturation in Dot Brew India Pale Ale barrels which imparts flavours of unique, zesty citrus no beautiful caramel biscuit character ,distinctive hoppy citrus & pine aromas with a lingering malty finish.
Bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, limited to 6,000 bottles.
This whiskey is a testament to the innovative spirit of both Teeling and Dot Brewery.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Plum, blackberry & dates with a hint of spice.
Palate: Black pepper & oak tannins balanced with sour cherries and rich dark fruits.
Finish: Long finish with dry tannins and warming spice.
