Uniquely located on the Island of Skye, this is the only distillery on the island. It is located on the west coast in a sheltered glen below Cnoc nan Speireag (Hawk Hill), it also draws its water from the same hill.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Thick with pungent smoke. Notes of kippers, seaweed and apples peels later introduce themselves. Fresh and fragrant.Palate: Full bodied on the palate with huge plumes of smoke and volcanic, peppery peat. An intense kick to it.Finish: A long finish with barley and lastly malt.
