Distilled in 1991, this single cask single malt Scotch whisky matured for 31 years in a refill hogshead.
Step back in time with a collectors item from what is possibly Scotland's most traditional distillery, beautifully presented in a polished wooden cabinet.
Only a limited amount of 188 bottles were produced, each at cask strength, and without added colour or chill filtration.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of apricots, highland toffee, and light smoke.
Palate: Marzipan, peaches, and herbs.
Finish: The palate continues through onto the finish, which is medium-length and full of fruity hints.
