Launched in December 2021, Redcastle Cold Brew Coffee Rum Liqueur is a delicious collaboration between Toll House Spirits and Sacred Grounds coffee company.

Together, they have created a smooth, sweet and complex liqueur, using a single estate El Salvador roast and Redcastle award winning Spiced Rum.

Sustainably sourced from a fair trade grower. It is cold brewed, within 24 hours of roasting so its super fresh, then blended with Redcastle rum and sweetened with sugar syrup.

It delivers notes of caramel, rich fruit with background hints of chocolate orange.
