RedLeg incorporates the motif of the RedLeg hermit crab native to the Caribbean and named for its bright legs. It captures the spirit of island culture and the laid back attitude. This hardy little hermit crab will find its home no matter what!
Tasting Notes
Nose: Strong vanilla notes with a warming richness from caramel and spice. Palate: The vanilla note is quickly subdued by strong spice but as the spice mellows out the vanilla creeps back. The texture becomes quite silky towards the end, very moreish. Finish: Medium-short with subtle vanilla notes as spice arrives towards the end.
