Tasting Notes
Sheep's Dip:
Nose: Caramel and vanilla with yet more caramel in the sense of hot, caramel popcorn covered in butter. Maraschino cherry, light brown sugar and toffee brittle. Palate: Crème anglais and vanilla pods in caster sugar. Mild, rounded sherry spice with yet more toffee making this whisky a sweet one! Nose:
Nose: Gristy and youthful, some fruit, barley malt, porridge. Young but very sweet. Palate: Creamy and sweet. Soft, gentle, relatively gristy, slightly oily and coastal with hints of salt. Finish: Medium length, salty butters and caramel.
