Matured in hogsheads #301462 #301463 bottled August 2021 by Signatory Vintage for the Un-Chillfiltered series.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Cinnamon starts this Mortlach off nicely, with some hints of brown sugar, and a small helping of paprika!
Palate: An earthy tone to the palate, warming spices gently build up throughout with some sweet honey undertones.
Finish: Sweetness from the palate continues, with vanilla and cloves.
