Tasting Notes
Nose: An elegant and stylish nose consisting of marmalade, cocoa and malt. There is also plenty of delicious vanilla and a hint of spice from nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon alongside aniseed. Palate: Relatively malty and creamy with a suggestion of berry fruit. Juicy toasted barley, cloves and butterscotch. Manuka honey, hot-buttered-toast and dried apricot develop. Finish: Medium length, spicy oak and a hint of peppermint on the tail.
