Juniper and other botanicals are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals – coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few. 

One botanical is kept under wraps and only found at altitude on the Isle of Skye.

We recommend enjoying Misty Isle with a premium Scottish tonic and garnished with a twist of fresh orange peel. This will help to enhance the citrus taste.
