Mermaid Spiced Rum is a masterful creation made from a handpicked selection of sugar cane and molasses rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic.
Distilled using column stills and aged for between 2-5 years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels, this unique spirit pays homage to the rich history of Caribbean rum being transported to our shores via shipwrecks.
