Description
This latest release echoes the flavours of springtime by using Lochlea's excellent first-fill Makers Mark ex-bourbon casks, specially selected by production director, John Campbell.
The spirit has been maturing longer for this crop of Sowing Edition, and selected casks have been picked from the top of the warehouse to maximise flavour.
The Sowing Edition First Crop was tremendously well received, and we are confident customers this latest edition will triumph.
No colouring, non-chill filtered.
Limited to 1 per customer.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Signature sweet red apple and pear.
Palate: Vanilla pods and almond oil.
Finish: Medium length, with a crisp, refreshing pine forest note.
