Produced using locally sourced fruit grown in Herefordshire, British Cassis is a luxurious and utterly delicious blackcurrant liqueur from White Heron.
Freshly picked British blackcurrants are allowed to ferment naturally with champagne yeast, blended with vodka to fortify and a little sugar to bring out the intensely fruity flavours.
Something akin to a grown up blackcurrant squash, British Cassis is the perfect aperitif served straight, over ice, twists beautifully into fizzing champagne or prosecco and is decadent in cocktails.
Fraternise with British Cassis and kiss au revoir to French imitations.
