Description
Two Birds Specialty cocktail gin follows on from their excellent London Dry Gin. It is made in their "purpose-built" still for gin production but differs from their flagship traditional London Dry style.
Two Birds Countryside Spirits is the definition of small batch in that they produce only 100 bottles per run.
Tasting Notes
It is claimed this Gin has a significantly higher "juniper kick," which is saying something since traditional dry style gins already are heavy juniper. It comes as no shock that this Gin is rather good in cocktails.
