A collaborative whisky from High West, taking spirit from the USA and Scotland to produce a one-of-a-kind bottling and whisky experience.
It's a blend of straight bourbon and rye, with high corn and rye mash bills respectively, with a peaty Scottish single malt.
All in all this whisky offers a superb combination of sweet corn, floral rye and smoky Scotch.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Golden syrup with peach, a hint of sweetness with honey. Also present is a little rye and spice with just a wisp of peat smoke.
Palate: More rye but this time a big hit of it. Cinnamon and sultanas before being back in honeyed toffee territory as peat completes the tail of the palate.
Finish: Sultanas, toffee and lingering peat smoke.
