This process of “Finishing” imparts to the whisky creamy attributes with hints of Sherry sweetness. Tasting Notes


Nose: Quite light and well-balanced, there are notes of chewy oak with a toasty feel, notes of sherried peels, sultanas, cut hay and malt extract.Palate: Medium-bodied with notes of winter berries, blackcurrant preserve, notes of gentle smoke with a malt extract, crisp barley sugar, toasty cereals and a soft honey.Finish: Medium-length and well-balanced with a refined subtlety.
