Matured in a single Sherry hogshead from 1962 to November 2014, bottled for the Spring 2015 Family Casks release.

Tasting Notes
Nose: A delightful aroma.
Palate: Initially peaty with a woody smoke, give it time and a gentle sweetness arises with a hint of spice.
Finish: Smooth and flavorful.
