Distilled from rye and flavoured with Juniper, Lavender, Anise, Sarsaparilla, Orange peel and Cardamon.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Very clean. Juniper, beautiful lavender flavours and citrus with sweet grains and an earthiness. Palate: Spicy and oily in feel. Floral notes and a strong kick of juniper flavour. Finish: Long, lasting for hours and extremely clean.
