Their signature Dorset Dry Gin is rested in used Port barrels from Portugal, drawing out the 5-year-old Ruby Port from the oak staves, infusing its aged flavour and turning the gin a stunning ruby-pink.
Tasting Notes
The herbaceous fresh brightness of the Dorset Dry is balanced with a woody spice and a bourbon-like vanilla sweetness, with the Port adding a melody of forest fruits and jammy red grape.
