Eagerly anticipated, this Teeling Single Irish Malt Whisky is made with 100% malt whiskeys.

A selection of five wine-cask-finished-whiskeys were used for this release, some of which even their distill date backs up to 1991 but these examples include Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Nose: Intense with white grape juice on the nose which is then joined by fresh malt and Rolos as it then develops into delicious white chocolate the longer it's in the glass.

Palate: An elegant expression with well placed fruit, backed up with a hint of satisfying cinnamon and white pepper. A touch of dried flowers develop along the way with strawberries.

Finish: Strawberries carry on into the finish, with double cream too as all in all this is a truly ace offering from Teeling.
