Description
Distilled from the pure juice of sugarcanes raised on the plot of Anse Trabaud, which is located in the extreme south of Martinique, Cuvée de l’Océan releases rare and subtle briny notes.
Trois Rivieres Cuvee de L'Ocean is made using sugar cane grown in the south of Martinique next to the Atlantic Ocean.
The result is a maritime rum, with hints of sea spray added to the classic agricole notes of grass and sweet fruit.
This works especially well in a Daiquiri!
Tasting Notes
Nose : Marked by seductive fragrance of flowers cane and complemented by original mineral and iodinated nuances. Notes of bread and yeast appear after aeration.
Palate: Powerful, rich, dense and surprisingly mineral. The ocean is near and marine flavours go perfectly with the herbal notes of sugar cane.
Finish: Long and unique, evolving between savoury and mineral notes.
