A luxurious golden rum from celebrated Nicaraguan distillers Flor de Cana, aged for 18 years in small white oak casks. Marvellously mellow stuff.

- 2 oz. Flor de Caña Centenario 18
- 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:

Tasting Notes
Nose: Spiced and crisp. Palate: Full bodied and quite thick with dry oak, some cocoa, spices, toffee nut and allspice. Finish: Long, tingling, vanilla spice and nutty char.
