Tasting Notes
Nose: Sultanas and vanilla extract. There is a refreshing hint from almost-ripe grapes. Sponge cake and a hint of rich Pedro Ximénez sherry. Palate: Rich and spicy, with cinnamon and cloves. It also boats some drying tannins. Finish: Rich, woody and lingering.
