Masons of Yorkshire have created an incredible gin which include pink grapefruit and cucumber in the distillation of this summery gin.
Based in Bedale with their own juniper bushes and Harrogate spring water, Masons Gin is Yorkshire through and through.
They distil using the traditional London Dry Gin method in a small, copper alembic still and produce a superb, small batch, craft gin.
An exceptionally refreshing gin with notes of crisp, pink grapefruit citrus combining with juniper to balance the smooth cooling cucumber for a fabulous summer drink.
RECOMMENDED SERVE - For the perfect G&T, we recommend serving with plenty of ice, premium Indian tonic water and garnishing with a wedge of your choice of citrus fruit.
Tasting Notes
Nose: On the nose, you’re initially hit with a citrus burst led by the pink grapefruit, balanced with the juniper, and then the unmistakable cucumber freshness follows. Palate: On the palate, the bright pink grapefruit and lemon create a citrus burst, swiftly followed by the sweeter notes of cucumber. Finish: The cucumber notes continue and forms a cooling, refreshing finish.
