A small, but first-class brand located in the tiny, remote village of Dunnet, Caithness. An independent family-owned business provides much needed employment in a fragile rural economy. The distillery currently employs fourteen staff members to create and market its multi award-winning spirits and promote tourism in Caithness.

Tasting Notes
Rock Rose Gin: This gin uses this "Rock Rose" and a blend of local and traditional botanicals to create a unique taste from the Highlands of Scotland. Flavourful, fresh and zesty yet very powerful from berries with a long smooth finish. A fine gin and one of nature's little treats. Rock Rose Navy Strength:
Nose: Relatively citrusy with hints of lively pine.
Palate: Earth angelica with a ripe, up-front, pleasant blueberry sweetness.
Finish: Continued herb hints. Rock Rose Holy Grass Vodka: Delicate and fresh vodka with a creamy smooth finish.
