For the fourth of the annual autumn/winter Sherry Cask Reserve series, Whisky Director Joe married together three cask types from the warehouse.
Ex-Moscatel casks bring floral softness, ex-Oloroso casks add nutty complexity, and the ex-PX casks round it off with rich sweetness.
A whisky which showcases both classic sherry maturation but also candied notes and rich warming flavours which are perfect for the winter months.
Only 2000 bottles.
